Unused tickets are valid for a period of one year (365 days) from the date of purchase and thereafter become invalid and unusable. Where the guest has rescheduled or rerouted his trip for a later date (within the 365 days window) while he will be able to use the ticket, where there has been an upward review of fares, he will be required to pay the difference in price.
